How do I pay?
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh — pay when your order arrives. You can also pay in advance via bKash using the number shown at checkout; just mention your order number.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is a flat charge that depends on whether you’re inside or outside Dhaka, shown at checkout. Orders over ৳3,000 get free delivery, and buying 3+ items also unlocks free delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka: 1–2 days. Outside Dhaka: 2–4 days.
What is the bundle offer?
Buy any 2 items and get 10% off. Buy any 3 items and delivery is free. The discount is applied automatically in your cart.
Can I return or exchange?
Yes — exchange within 3 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and the packaging is intact. See our Returns & Exchange page.
Stitched or unstitched?
Stitched items are ready to wear and come in sizes 36–46 (kameez bust in inches). Unstitched items are fabric only, for you to tailor.
